Summer means casual parties all the time! Here is my latest favorite getup. I’ve been living in casual skirts and dresses this summer. I found it using Chippmunk! Every time I shop online, I make sure to check their site for coupons so I know I’m getting the best deal – not only for clothes, but for household items too. They have partnerships with nearly every place I shop at. The Chippmunk website is super easy to navigate and makes it easy to compare the discounts at similar stores. It’s perfect for when you have your eye on something and are waiting for it to go on sale. Have you ever tried it?
This post is brought to you by Chippmunk: compare deals at the stores you love and see where you save the most! Thanks for supporting our sponsors!
Growing up, I loved going to the county fairs and carnivals that happened around my hometown in the summertime. So I think it would be fun to host a carnival-themed party before summer ends! On Oh Happy Day, we’ve done a bunch of DIYs that would work great with a theme like this. With the party already planned, all you need is to set a date and invite over your friends!
A. Carnival Cake Topper | B. Streamer Garlands | C. Caramel Apple Kits | D. Mini Cotton “Candy” Invites | E. Spinning Carousel Centerpieces | F. Weather Balloon Signage | G. Fringey Streamers | H. Tightrope Walker Cake Topper | I. Cotton Candy Garland | J. Circus Party Hats
1. I love the REAL sprinkles on the backs of these invitations.
2. The details at this party are incredible.
3. I want to go to every single one of these dinner parties (photo from here.)
4. Such a rad alternative to party hats.
5. I’m obsessed with these pretty paper wheels!
I’m always impressed with the creative cakes that people come up with. Here are a few that I’d like to try – they seem easy enough to tackle myself.
I’m debating whether to eat this one, or hug it.
A cake that celebrates doodling!
Almost prettier than the real thing.
Now I want to throw a space-themed party.
So, this is adorable.
Loving all the candy accents on this one.
I need more plants in my life! So I’ve been on the hunt for beautiful planters. Here are a few I’ve been eyeing.
