I got a similar dress the other day at Target, but its navy. I love it. I cut off their weird ribbon thing and bought my own. Much cuter.

jordan that’s so funny, i saw that dress in forever 21 in california and wanted to buy it but they didn’t have my size. i was thinking, i’ll just go to the one in new york.

I tried it on last night and it fit cute. The problem is it is a little too short. I tried on a small and I didn’t want to look for another size to see if it fit better/got longer.
But I did find a REALLY CUTE black and white dress.
