Mother’s Day Treats for Friends DIY

Being a mama is hard! We all know this! I like to give my mom friends a little something special to acknowledge them on Mother’s Day – to say thanks — for that extra Band-Aid on the playground, for lending an ear when I’ve just had enough, for that funny gif just when I needed it most. Pretty jelly beans with a cute little tag are a sweet way to say, “Thanks for mom-ing with me!”

Materials needed: card stock, Mother’s Day Tag Template, baker’s twine, small clear glass bottles, scissors, hole punch.

Step 1: Print out the Mother’s Day Tag Template on colored cardstock of your choice. (You could even use regular paper if you wish).
Step 2: Cut out the tags just inside the black lines.
Step 3: Punch a hole to the left of the words and attach to glass jar with the baker’s twine. Fill with whatever treats you wish. Layer candy in ombre shades, if you’d like.
Step 4: Give to your dear friends who help make your world go ’round.
