Here is the affordable house of the week. I post a new affordable house in Utah every week. We really should buy it but probably won’t. Our mortgage would be just a little more than what we pay in rent every month for a one bedroom apartment with no laundry and no parking. This one is a little funny looking but after a nice landscaping job and few other little changes I think it would be a peach.
