Since one giant crazy party wasn’t enough (ha!) we planned a second more “intimate” party for employees past and present. From the beginning we’ve had such wonderful people contribute and give their talents to help make this site grow. I feel very loyal and grateful and wanted to do a special party just for the team. It was so fun to see all the people that have worked here over the last ten years. The party was BEAUTIFUL. We rented table linens from La Tavola in every color of the rainbow and set a beautiful table with plates from Frances Lane. The placecards were done by our friend Maybelle Imasa. She watercolored each one and did the the name in gold calligraphy. The dinner was catered by Greg Kuzia Carmel and it was flawless. Tulipina did the flowers and then each place setting had a little crown and a little candy favor.

We had a cocktail hour and then sat down to the delicious meal. Throughout the dinner I asked people to share stories of working here. It was hilarious. By the end we blew out the candles on more cakes(!) and then did another balloon drop and confetti drop. We moved the tables out of the way and finished the party with a dance party. It was a very satisfiying night. I loved celebrating with all these beautiful people that have supported me and made this site a reality.
