About a year ago Paul and I secured our 15 minutes of fame in the now-cancelled-magazine Budget Living. They basically gave us a “budget makeover” and told us what to do with our money so we wouldn’t always be poor. Here are the pictures from the magazine.

I loved the article. You guys are so cool. I’m curious to know if their budget makeover was successful?

I love Budget Living, I bought the two books they have, but there’s nothing like the mag! Which issue were you in?

Well, she told us a lot of stuff that helped. If we had a long-term advisor I think it would have really helped because we only spoke with her for a few hours.
We were in the October issue.

I must not be concerned with my budget because I had a subscription to this mag & only got that one issue you were in. That is too bad they are done.

Jordo I lost my magazine – I went home to find it & it’s gone. 🙁 So sad. Do you have it so we can read?

Yes, I’m going through your old posts. Now I know why you seemed SO familiar to me.
I kept everyone of my Budget Living issues and also copied every one of those budget makeovers. I had submitted myself for a budget makeover RIGHT before the mag was canceled. Boo hoo. I wonder where I would be now if they had done one for me.
