It’s still weird to imagine George Michael getting anyone pregnant.

I saw it too this weekend – don’t you so appreciate smart snappy writing? Beautifully done…

i kind of hated that it made teenage pregnancy look so awesome.

i loved the clever writing, but felt super guilty for liking it, given the lack of seriousness it displayed around teen pregnancy
my prediction…the better this movie does at the box office, the higher the ratio of prego teens in 2008.
jordan, your blog is awesome. i miss seeing you and paul.

i wanted to love it. sadly I felt disappointed. I felt the writing was so “catchy one-liner” and the sense that those sassy one-liners were being shoved down my throat and cueing me to laugh on command. I guess I expected a more natural flow to the movie instead of line after line after line that’s aim was to scream, “aren’t I so clever!?” *sigh* I know this is a strong opinion. Just hoping to offer a different point of view on a movie that I had highly anticipated.
