Recently, my wife has been reading Nancy Drew Mystery Stories. And it’s been fun having them around. The stories she reads are the same, even though some miner adjustments to the text have been made in order to make them more politically correct,(thankfully) but the cover art has been changed. So I did a little research and found some examples of the artwork I remember from my childhood.
These are some gorgeous end papers they used for the books from 1932 to 1947.

Where are you running with that old clock Nancy?

That art work is much better than my Nancy Drew library, which looks more like this.
