DIY Travel Gift Pack

I hate flying. Don’t get me wrong, I love to travel and explore new places and visit family and friends, but sitting in coach for 14 hours can only be described as a mild form of earthly hell. To ease the misery, I usually carry with me a clear pouch that sits conveniently in the seat pocket in front of me, containing a slew of amenities that make my trip more comfortable and entertaining. It occurred to me that curating such a care package would make the perfect gift for the jet-setting friend!

Such a cute idea! Where did you find the clear bags like you show in the “shop this post” section? You could do so many different themes with those!

Hi Dee, the clear bag I’ve used is a Mylar Ziplock Bag. If you do a quick search on Amazon you can find them in various sizes and colors. However, you usually can’t buy them in singles and will have to commit to a bulk pack. Hope I’ve been helpful!

This is such an adorable and useful idea! I’m a flight attendant and is kind of my job to be a good packer but this idea is great!
