I love ideas that are sweet, simple, and easily customizable. This project definitely fits the bill! Make someone a special surprise by hand-painting compliments or funny sayings onto mylar balloons! You can whip these together in no time and they’re sure to put a smile on the recipient’s face. Read on to see more!
Materials Needed: Mylar round balloons, acrylic paint, paintbrush, helium, ¼” ribbon, scissors
Step 1: Unfold and flatten a white mylar round balloon.
Step 2: Write a message onto the balloon with a paintbrush and acrylic paint. Let it dry completely. You can use a chisel tip Sharpie, for quicker results!
Step 3: Inflate the mylar balloon with helium. Tie a ribbon around the tail of the mylar balloon and trim to desired length. Repeat to make a fun birthday bouquet! You’re all set!
