As you’ve probably figured out already, balloons are our obsession at Oh Happy Day. They’re inexpensive, come in a variety of pretty, pretty colors, and are simply joyful. So, obviously, it was time to create silly party hats out of a delightful mountain of mini balloons in all our favorite colors! Obviously. These hats were inspired by some over-the-top balloon hats that Handmade Charlotte made for a party a few years ago. (You can see them here!)

Materials Needed: 5” mini balloons in a bunch of colors, balloon pump, plastic headband, low temperature hot glue gun

Step 1: Blow up a bunch of mini balloons in a variety of sizes, making sure to keep its round shape.

Step 2: Attach each balloon one by one with the hot glue gun, piling them on to one another until you’ve made the perfect shape. The low temperature glue makes it so they won’t pop!
