This is the perfect thing for those of us that know we have no limits when it comes to our sugar intake and need a last minute Halloween party idea. You can use all the Halloween candy you’re supposed to handing out to kids, and everything else is probably in your cupboard, especially if you’re a snack hoarder…

For the bar I went out and got all my favorite Halloween chocolates and decided to go beyond the basic graham cracker with Maria’s cookies and thin Chip’s Ahoy cookies. Other options could be ritz crackers or gingersnaps.

I went ahead and used a culinary torch to toast the marshmallows but if you’re going whole hog for a party you can place a bunch of s’mores on a baking sheet and place them under the broiler so you’re not standing around slowly toasting missing out on the party.
