Winter is in full swing and that means it’s holiday party time. These cute iridescent penguin toppers are are perfect way to dress up some cupcakes this season. These penguins are easy to make and are great for any wintery occasion.

Materials: Printable Penguin Topper, 8.5 x 11 white card stock, iridescent origami paper, scissors, hole punch, glue, toothpicks, washi tape.

Step 1: Print out the Printable Penguin Topper on a 8.5 x 11 white card stock.
Step 2: Cut out each penguin with black box (see picture) using scissors.
Step 3: Fold each penguin & box over & make a hole in the penguin belly with a hole punch.
Step 4: Use the hole as a starting point and cut out the belly area of the penguin.
Step 5: Cut out a piece of iridescent origami paper that is a bit bigger than the penguin stomach. Glue down the paper to the side opposite the hole (see picture).
Step 6: Apply glue to the other side of the paper and press the sides together. When the glue has dried, cut out the penguin.
Step 7: Add a toothpick on with some cute washi tape and put a penguin on a cupcakes!
