Materials: printable treat boxes, craft knife, pencilglue stick, ruler, date nut rolls, and white cupcake liners

Step 1: Cut out the top and bottom of the box.
Step 2: On the white, unprinted side of the box top, draw an X in the center by measuring from corner to corner.
Step 3: Fold two opposite corners into the middle of the X and crease.
Step 4: Fold creased edges into the middle. Crease the new edges.
Step 5: Unfold the two creased sides and repeat with the opposite corners.
Step 6: Create a reverse diagonal fold to form the walls of the box – fold along the line in the pattern where the pink meets the gray area.
Step 7: Fold over the flaps and tuck them inside to complete the box top.
Step 8: Repeat steps 1 – 7 for the bottom of the box and glue down the flaps in each half of the box.
Step 9: Place a cupcake liner in the bottom of the box and fill with date nut rolls.
Step 10: Make enough for all of your Valentines!

Perfect for adult friends! I see a lot of great crafts to do with kids on Valentine’s Day, but not so much for adults. This is cute but not cheesy. Well, it’s a little cheesy (puns always are!) but in a good way.
