Polka Dot Lollipop Cover DIY

It’s always nice to gift your guests with a little sweet treat. This Polka Dot Lollipop Cover turns a plain lollipop into something you can pass out to your guests as a fun memento or in lieu of a traditional place card. There are so many options to customize the lollipop covers by using solid or patterned paper and personalized messages.

Materials: White sticker paper, printer or pen, X-acto knife, ruler, cutting mat, patterned origami paper, glue stick, self-sealing clear bag, 1/8” hole punch

Step 1: Punch a ½ circle in the center of the bottom edge of the clear bag.

Step 2: Insert a lollipop into the clear bag and remove the backing on the adhesive strip and seal.

Step 3: Print or write out names on the white sticker paper. Use X-acto knife and cut the names in 0.5”x4.5” long strips.

Step 4: Cut a 0.75”x4.5” piece of origami paper.

Step 5: Put glue on the origami paper strip and wrap around the clear bag.

Step 6: Remove backing on the name sticker and center it on top of the origami paper strip.
