Living in China, I come across some of the most amazing packaging. I’ve been seeing a lot of mini triangle shaped packaging lately: milk, black beans, tea, seaweed…It inspired me to create these triangle confetti invitations.
Materials: confetti mix, cellophane bags, staples, paper invitations & paper flags.
Step 1: Fill the bag halfway with confetti and the folded up paper invitation (the smaller you can fold it the better).
Step 2: Turn the bag on it’s side, so that the scored side of the bag is in the center. Cut the top into a straight line.
Step 3: Fold the top down a few times and staple it closed with a little flag.

Cute – don’t know if I would have the patience to clean up after that invite, though!

This seems like a cool idea. But am I the only one who thinks the confetti pictured kind of looks like the leftovers from when you use a hole punch?
Hmm… actually that’s a good way to make your own confetti in the office, especially if you have some colored paper lying around.
