Bunny Ear Bags DIY

Here are some sweet little bunny ear bags. Our crafter this week, Irene, happens to have a thing for rabbits. So when we were talking about different ideas she came up with these clever little treat bags. You could use them for Easter Baskets or just to hand out treats. Either way they are adorable!

Materials: Double stick tape, Scissors, Pencil, Hole Punch, Double Layered Glassine Bags (7.75”x5.5”), Striped Vellum Paper, Bunny Bag Template (here), Ribbon, Easter Candy

Step 1: Use Bunny Bag Template over the top of your treat bag.
Step 2: Cut out bunny form and punch holes.
Step 3: Put candy or other treats in bag. Make sure to not over-fill the bag.
Step 4: Lace ribbon through holes and tie a bow at the front of the bag
Step 5: Fold each bunny ear diagonally (downwards.)
Step 6: Cut out teardrop shapes from the striped vellum paper and tape to inside of white ears.
Step 7: Fan out and adjust as necessary.

Hello. I follow you through bloglovin’ and I think your blog is really great. Love all the DIY. All so fun and inspiring! When your page started loading today, I got a pop up ad for a Jenny Craig survey. Not sure if it was intentional, as the page didn’t load, just your background. Wanted to give you a heads up in case it was a hack!

I just love this. I was thinking about what I love most about your blog- aside from the fabulously and super sharp dressed photo’s, the bright colours and wonderful party ideas, most if not all of the DIY’s are so incredibly simple. I see from your regular comments that you get this praise all the time, but I thought I’d get my two cents in either way!

Such a treat for a cold afternoon in not so sunny London!

So awesome. And perfect for a easter basket. I find it hard to fit everything I want in Easter baskets, but since this is a bag it manipulate a little better than a box of cadbury’s 😉
