Sponsored Post: Fawn & Forest

This is the most beautiful rocker in the whole world. Jenny sent it last year as one of many options when she was helping me set up a corner of my bedroom like a little nursery. I knew I wouldn’t be able to breastfeed Roman but I still wanted a cozy little space where I could feed him. At first I didn’t even consider this rocker because it was out of my price range but I was able to arrange a trade with the lovely Fawn & Forest so that I could purchase it. I love the lines on it and the skirt and it is a super cozy and comfy rocker. It was perfect for our city apartment because it has a smaller footprint than most rockers. And now we keep it in the living room as glam lazyboy. They didn’t have this rocker at the time but I’m kind of in love with it too.

I love Fawn & Forest for lots of reasons but mostly because I think they have the best selection of kids gear of anyone. Plus I love that it is run by a small family like mine (Seriously, they’re my age.).

That is a beautiful chair. And I saw that Jonathan Adler pillow at the store in San Fran about a month ago while there on a birthday sister's trip that I planned using mostly tips and inspiration from you (and your San Fran interview on Stephmodo forever ago!) So, thank you!

Is the fabric custom? If not, is it difficult to clean?

I gave my rocker away after I stopped breastfeeding but I miss it so much. I should of kept it.

That's gorgeous and as you say, the small footprint is so, so important! We live in a tiny Victorian cottage and anything we buy has to somehow combine cosy with compact.

(Although I just threw that out the window when I bought a gigantic sofa yesterday – I am accordingly listing half of our living room furniture on ebay to make space!!)
