A few months ago my sister-in-law Liz started a small dinner club. We meet once a month at someone’s house and everyone is assigned drinks, appetizers, side dish, or dessert. The host does the entree. Last night was my night to host so I made this Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé. It was my first time making a souffle and they all puffed up beautiful and pretty in individual ramekins. Success!

Funnily enough, I made this exact recipe (found it on epicurious, too) a few weeks ago just because I thought it would be fun to try a savoury souffle for the first time. It puffed up perfectly and was delicious! People seem intimidated by souffles, but this recipe was really quite easy if you follow the instructions.
