Month of Love

Happy February! I love the month February because that means Valentines Day. I’ve started scheming all the surprises I want to do for all my friends, family, and my lover. Do you have any good plans for Valentines Day?

Amazing book from here.

    wow, what an elaborate valentine.

This year I’m doing the “14 Days of Valentines” with little things each days. Inspired by my cousin who does this every year for her husband (happily married with 4 kids) I decided to try it out

We’re celebrating our daughter’s first! I’m thinking we’ll order in and I’ll make a yummy dessert. The three of us will celebrate together. I’m looking forward to it 🙂

throughout the month i’m sending yummy non-valentiney decorated sugar cookies to all of my people that don’t have valentines in their life. just a little lovin to brighten up their month (and mouth). box one went out this weekend and my sister-in-law sent me a text saying “i freaking LOVE the cookies” so i figure i’m on the right track.

that, and lots of kisses to my love.

My daughter and have been working on candy necklaces for her classmates. We’re making them out of valentines’ ribbon, and valentines tootsie rolls. She’s super excited!

Not a one yet. We’ll be in Mexico so it’s going to have to be something I can pack in a suitcase. I love your giant valentine idea. I may have to copy.
