I have yet to find a bad recipe from the Pioneer Woman! They are all FABULOUS!!

Some that I have tried, that I highly recommend:

    Olive Cheese Bread
    Mystery Rolls (OMG!)
    Chocolate Sheet Cake (2xOMG!)
    Lasagna
    Pasta a la Betsy
    Sherried Tomato Soup

The list goes on, but trust me–try them all!

This recipe reminded me of one of my holiday favorites. My family makes cheddar-dill scones with leek and mushroom soup for Christmas Eve Dinner and they are SO delicious. You can make them in mini-muffin tins or as traditional scones (which I prefer). They are simply amazing.

Mmmm…these sound so yummy. Love cheese in baked things. Bacon in them would be perfect!

I have also made these and love them. When my mom asked me to bring corn bread for Thanksgiving, I asked if I could bring cheese muffins instead. I cant wait!
