I was in Rose and Radish yesterday and the shopgirl was telling me about the Clive and Sunshine line. Jennifer Muskopf makes these beautiful handmade softies. Even cooler is her “heirloom” line. You send in fabric from a quilt or an old onesie the baby has outgrown and she makes it into your animal of choice. I really really want one of these. Er–I mean Moses really wants one.

Jordan,
I’m writing from Greece and I’m a regular reader of yours. I love your posts and many times I wish I could visit the places and shops you recommend. I’m a mother of a wonderful 9-month baby and reading your blog reminds me that motherhood can be perfectly combined with all other pleasures in life (travel, clothes, art, friends…..). Keep on writing!

What a great idea! Maybe I should do that for my husband when he’s mourning his worn out western shirts.

Jordan,
My girl is attached to her blanket and I think is just the perfect transition when the time is right. I love this idea. Great post.
