Are you going to use it to type? Or is it just for decoration?

I found some antique ones in London this summer that don’t work (of course), but look beautiful.

Looks great — I’m thinking about getting one for myself. Right now I use a Royal Quiet DeLuxe, which is a big, heavy, wellbuilt contraption… Wonder if you’d be so good as to provide me a customer review of that great-looking typewriter? How’s it working out so far, as a writing tool? Easy to use? Anyway, it looks awesome.

just read about your Olivetti Valentine, and wanted to let you know I am a restorer and repairer of Typewriters and repaired many Valentines during the eighties when they were plentiful

Congrats on the Olivetti. I just purchased one that was damaged. I sure could use any tip on a place you know that has replacement parts. Brendan Boland I hope you read this…
