Remember that typewriter I wanted? Well I bought one off ebay. Shipping about killed me since it is coming from the other side of the earth. They also have one for sale at Three Potato Four.

Are you going to use it to type? Or is it just for decoration?
I found some antique ones in London this summer that don’t work (of course), but look beautiful.

Looks great — I’m thinking about getting one for myself. Right now I use a Royal Quiet DeLuxe, which is a big, heavy, wellbuilt contraption… Wonder if you’d be so good as to provide me a customer review of that great-looking typewriter? How’s it working out so far, as a writing tool? Easy to use? Anyway, it looks awesome.

Congrats on the Olivetti. I just purchased one that was damaged. I sure could use any tip on a place you know that has replacement parts. Brendan Boland I hope you read this…
