I made a New Years Resolution to go to one new restaurant a week. Here are the ones we went to last month. All of them were great but I can’t stop raving about Terzo. It might be my new favorite. In the picture below we are braving the long lines at Mama’s.
1. Mama’s on Washington Square
2. Sushi Rika
3. Foreign Cinema
4. Chow
5. Terzo

The restaurant line looks long – was it worth it?

I wonder how long I could keep that up in my community. I haven’t found that many really good ones… a couple.

Michelle: Yep, my first time at FC. It was very good. Chow is an old fave –I just can’t count it as a “new restaurant” for a year.
Ali: They play old foreign movies on a big wall while you eat.

I love Mamas. It’s my all-time breakfast favorite. In fact, we’ll be flying in this week for a little Valentine’s Day/Birthday trip (it’s a surprise!) and will probably be eating there Thursday morning! We are actually flying in to eat at La Folie on V-day. Add that one to your list 🙂

Thank you for the recommendation to try Terzo. We are meeting our dear friends Mark & Paula Kokanovich there on Friday night. She recommended it the day after you posted about it here. I figured its meant to be…love that neighborhood too.
