Paul’s Cranes

I went to bed sort of early one night over the holidays and when I woke up the next morning there was this little army of brightly colored cranes. I love them. I think we are going to use them as ornaments. Paul made them out of old paper samples, they turned out really really great. {If you want to make your own and can’t remember the instructions your 6th grade teacher gave you, go here.}

    very cute. On our honeymoon, Nate folded a crane from a page out of my magazine. He never mentioned to me that he had mad skilz with origami but he does.
    That’s a good idea to use them as ornaments. We may need to steal that idea, too.

    This is a great idea for the tree. I think I’ll give it a try, I’ve never made them before.

    Which is more wonderful? A flock of origami birds or a husband who makes a surprise display of them?

    One of my very favorite ornaments my son made me when he was a child was a red paper crane. Love them!
