If you are traveling to another country and don’t have time to learn the language pick up a copy of Point It. It is a small pocket sized book with pictures of everything so you can ask the locals where something is in the international language of pictures.

How great! I bought “Learn French in Your Car” and have been listening & learning for about a week now. Point it looks like fun.

This technique is used with Autistic kids to teach them how to communicate through pictures as the majority of kids with this disability can’t speak. When I worked with autistic kids I always thought it would be great idea to market it to adults for travel and looks like someone beat me to it!
It’s a great idea.
