Ever since Virgin America announced the fares of its new flights I’ve enjoyed watching ALL the airlines lower their airfare to and from San Francisco. The good news is everyone can come and visit!! Get your tickets while they are so cheap. Hint: the weather in San Francisco is especially lovely in September and October.

We went to San Francisco in October a few years ago. The weather was comfortable. We had fun; there are a lot of things to see and do in SF.
We also drove around to explore the coast. We enjoy the sightseeing along the 17-Mile Drive. Only a few miles north of San Francisco, the Muir forest is something to see.
So take advantage of the lowest airline tickets.
