My friend Rachel Caldwell and I made a quick jaunt to the East Bay yesterday. We went to lunch at Cheeseboard Pizza in Berkeley. I had never been there before and I loved it! Cheeseboard Pizza is a co-op with 12 members. There are no employees, everyone works the same amount of hours and gets paid the same. {I love stuff like that.} The interesting part is they only serve one kind of pizza per day, so nobody gets to be picky. The other great thing is they are open for lunch and for dinner and have live music the entire time during those hours. Besides the great atmosphere, the pizza is delicious. Thanks Rachel for taking me there!

We have traveled from Sacto and Davis for the Cheeseboard. Their bread and cheese shop down the street is amazing, too. Love the pizzas with random ingredients like corn, cilantro, almonds and feta. YUM!

Hey, I know Rachel! She grew up in my ward in Vernal. I am friends with her little sister Katie? How did you guys meet?
