Paul and I went to the Alameda County Fair last night. We rode the ferris wheel, the carousel, got pictures at the photobooth, won stuffed animals, got swindled by the carnies and ate snocones. SO MUCH FUN! It is really easy to take cool pictures at a county fair. Everything is so kitschy. I posted some of the pictures in my flickr account.

Jordan-Hello…I used to live in Pleasanton, CA from 88-92 and would go to the Alameda County Fair every year. My high school friends would get jobs to work at the fair for the entire summer and by the end have about $800 (if memory serves me correctly) and go hog wild at the mall before the school year started. I now live back in Michigan (where I grew up) and reading your posts about S.F. make me miss everything California!! Thanks for sharing!
