I had a really good laid back weekend. Some friends came into town so I took them on my special three-hour San Francisco tour complete with informational and witty quips. We also went over to Emily and Andy Kane’s house for a Brazilian dinner. I made pao de queijo and brought some Guarana.

Hola Jordan:
Happy to read Chef Mario’s Pao de Queijo recipe is holding you and your readers in good stead! (some places even sell pre-bleneded flour with the cheese in it- but like cake mixes, made from scratch is always best). Deeelighted actually! 🙂 Try it with a Caipirinha (or a Mojito from some cross-Latin pollinization)or an Acai juice- the Amazon’s new “super food.” Buen Provecho!
