Liz asked about the cupcakes I made so I thought I’d share my little secret. First of all I like to use mini-cupcake pans for parties because they are more bite sized. Second thing I do is use giant pastry tips. Most of you probably already know how to make a frosted cupcake look cute but it has taken me several attempts to perfect. Ever since I bought these giant pastry tips my frosted cupcakes look 100 times better. I use the one on the right and just pile a little stack of frosting on each mini cupcake. {I kept trying the small ones but it always came out lame.} I bought the tips at Williams Sonoma but you can get them anywhere.
