I’ve heard of people giving “experiences” as gifts – a flight in a hot air balloon, for example – and I love the idea. This year for Christmas, my friends Adam and Kim gave each other experiences from Excitations, a website that makes giving an experience super simple. They offer their experiences in limited locations, so unless you live or are willing to travel to a destination, you’re out of luck. Some of the cool things they offer include swimming with sharks, bull riding, stock car driving and a jet fighter flight. Some can be very pricey (over $1,000) but talk about an experience of a lifetime.
