Christmas Morning Brunch

This post is for Liz, my sister in law. Here is my tentative menu for Christmas day brunch. My breakfast will only have 6-8 adults so I will do a small quantity of each item but have a ton of variety so it feels decadent.

Hot Drinks- Before we eat I will offer warm drinks, hot cocoa and hot cider.

Waffles- loads of fluffy waffles and fresh berries, fresh whipped cream, and syrup.

Eggs Benedict– My grandma Rudi calls this “Eggs Benny” 🙂 This will take a little more time but it is totally worth it. I might serve with a few stalks of asparagus.

Blueberry Muffins- I’ll make a dozen of these just to add a little variety.

Cold Drinks- Orange Juice, water, and sparkling cider {in case anyone wants to get fancy.}

I also will pick up some fresh flowers so there will be some pretty arrangements.
