The affordable house of the week is perfect. It is three bedrooms has views of the city and is near the mouth of City Creek Canyon in the Avenues. It is clean and updated enough that we can live in it without changing a thing but there are no weird expensive renovations. So we can take our time restoring it and making it our dream house. $309K and you can move in.

oh I love it. house dreaming is so fun! now if only there was a way to make CA land less appealing and pricey then it’s would be a TON more fun!

I know, we are trying to decide if we should get a cozy TIC in the city or big home with a view in SLC.
