I am in desperate need of casual clothing. The only jeans left in my closet are two pairs of damaged sevens and a sad little faded pair of Levis, all of which fit me funny or look trashed and not in a good way. Last year my friend Cat told me about “The Blue Jean Bar.” You might think it sounds like an Urban Myth. But it is real.

You go there and they have a billion different brands and styles of every jean. So you walk up to the counter answer a few questions of what you are looking for and they give you a huge pile of jeans to try on in your size. The Theory is that then you will walk out with the perfect pair of jeans.

When it comes to jeans I like to have a few pairs of designer jeans {I’ve always bought them at discount stores or off ebay.} But I am partial to Levi’s. They just feel classic to me and when I wear them I don’t feel like a brand whore.
