The affordable house of the week is a 4-bedroom in SLC and has been tastefully renovated. The kitchen doesn’t keep with the integrity of the style of the house but they did a good enough job everywhere else that the kitchen is forgivable. It isn’t cheap but 375K seems fair for a really nice four bedroom place.
