So in the last ten years the mantra given to me by all my cultish hairdressers was “wash your hair every few days.” They said to use baby powder on the second or third day if my hair looked oily. I was always cautious to do this because my hair is brown and baby powder is white. So when I saw Outblush featured Bumble and Bumble’s hair powder in “brown” my interest was peaked. I did a little more research today and found this review at Hair Boutique. It basically says don’t waste your money. As long as you work the corn starch or baby powder into your hair well it does the same job. If anyone is struggling out there with the same dilemma–I thought I would add my two cents to the public dialogue.

This Dry Clean Only hair product works really well as an alternative to baby powder.

Along with Emily’s suggestion, I posted the dry shampoo I use on my blog. It’s wonderful. I used it today, as a matter of fact.
