Here is my current favorite afternoon snack. The girl who orders food here at my office likes these and ordered them. I try not to eat it very often so I don’t hog them. I finally started bringing my own supply. First we have the Ak Mak crackers. They are whole wheat so they are totally good for you. Next we have the Laughing Cow cheese wedges. I usually hate anything “diet” or “light” (except of course, diet Mtn Dew) but I like this light version better than the real thing. I spread the cheese on the cracker and eat it and live happily ever after.

I work about 100 yards from Cowgirl Creamery(the best cheeses from all over the world). If I want good cheese I have access to it. I choose laughing cow for my afternoon snack for two reasons.
1. easy and discreet packaging (I’m eating it at work so its easy to use and throw away)
2. “light” It is 35 calories a serving

ok, point taken. but have you ever tried the laughing cow babybel cheeses? i think they would meet your requirements: they are also wrapped individually and have a light version, and they are better cheese. (but sorry if i offended you, that wasn’t my goal)
and you should try the Tomme de Savoie from Cowgirl creamery if you haven’t already, its the cheese made in my region and its really good!!

I love akmak and laughing cow! My favorite treat at work involves the french onion variety of the laughing cow lite cheese. Easy and yummy.
Love your site Jordan! Thanks for all the pretty things everyday!
