In partnership with Method.
I’ve been a huge fan of Method forever so when I heard they were partnering with famous pattern maker Orla Kiely I was so excited. It is such a great partnership of two beautiful brands. Method is so design conscious and is doing a lot of innovative things with environmental friendly packaging that the partnership makes a lot of sense. I loved this quote:
“We also believe that your home should reflect who you are. What you love. How you see the world. For us, that means keeping our planet clean and beautiful. Which is precisely why we’re so delighted to offer Orla Kiely’s gorgeous patterns paired with the naturally derived formulas and bright scents of planet-friendly method® soap. Eye-catching designs. no dirty ingredients. Cleaning has never been more inspiring.”
I went to Target and bought 6 bottles of the pear hand soap. (It’s a limited edition and I did’t want to run out.) The new line comes in four patterns and four different scents. ps: There is a really great interview over here at the Method blog with Orla Kiely.
Have you seen any of these in the stores yet?

Well, I guess it’s all right – since you seem to have already bought all the pear ones 🙂

Method and Orla are a match from HEAVEN! I might have a little problem with buying some everytime I pass the display in Target. I’ve bought all the scents and love the matched pear stuff, but really wish Vanilla Chai was also available as a regular scent. We love that one so much.
kim @ oh, sweet joy!

I bought the pear cleaner and soap at Target, but the rest were sold out. So, I went to soap dot com and ordered one (or two) of everything. I love Orla Kiely and method, so this was a double great bonus for me!

Yay Method! I bought the pear ginger dish soap. I love the packaging! And I already have more than enough hand soap but when I smelled the primrose on a whim, I *had* to get it because it smells EXACTLY like this perfume that came with a toy I had when I was little, it was *such* a nostalgic scent!

I’m obsessed with the Vanilla Chai scent too, Kristianna! The design is beautiful and it smells yummy! Like Christmas!! We buy a bottle of each the liquid and foamy soap every time we go to Target too. I may run out of room under the sink.

I’m such a huge Orla {and Method!!} fan so this partership really is a dream. I’ve found the pear pattern in the dish soap and hand soap so far and keep checking back. 🙂 I really want the green leaf pattern! Earlier this week, I blogged about Orla’s garden collection, which I JUST found out existed! AHH! So much to love!

I love Method. They do the best lavender soap I’ve found yet. It’s so intense. Only thing is that I haven’t been able to find it lately.
I also just love the design of the handsoap bottle. It’s the only pump bottle that actually empties the soap out without you having to decant it into the new soap container or someone doing that annoying thing of adding water to the soap so that when you push the pump, the soap squirts too far and onto your clothes 🙂 Clever and lovely.
