When I throw a casual party I like to mix and match different elements so it’s put together like a cute outfit. If you buy all the same paper cups and plates and napkins it can sometimes end up looking a little too matchy matchy. My favorite is to buy patterns and plain colored paper goods and mix them all up. Today we are sharing three examples we made. Click trough to see them all and the sources!

I love this!! I am actually planning a beginning of Summer party and started getting all creative adding a bunch of colors and I was starting to get uncomfortable because Im used to just using a couple of different colors, Im glad to see that mixing things up looks great too!

Do you have tips for getting the air out of the air-filled mylar balloons? I got some of your 16″ letter balloons and it says they are refillable, but I can’t get the air out of them to store them for later!
Hi Allie!
If you insert a straw at least 6-8 inches in length up into the hole where it was originally inflated, you can press out the remaining helium in order to store the balloons flat. The straw has to be inserted beyond the point of the interior “straw” which enables the pressure of the gases inside the balloon to seal the helium inside.
Once this point is passed, the remaining gas inside can be releases. Sometimes the opening of the inflate hole is semi-sealed with a sticky substance but carefully working the end of the straw up through that spot should be fairly easy.
