Today is part 2 of our Hipster Halloween Costumes. We already posted Part 1 of our series here! Did you see the Tonight Show last night? They showed the Ira Glass costume! Jimmy Fallon seems to be more of a fan than Ira. Ha! Watch it here.
Amelie // This is one of my favorites! Just get a short black wig. Then, we added some iconic items from the movie: a black mask, a red umbrella and a beret.
Materials: Beret
Wes Anderson // This costume is really easy. First, we first found a long brown wig and cut it down so it was the length of Wes Anderson’s hair. Then we paired it with dark pants, a button up shirt, a blazer and a tie. You could also add a scarf around the neck.

I just added an update to my October 9 @FishbowlNY post with links to both this item and “Hipster Halloween Costumes: Part 1”. Great work. We got a lot of fun reaction from media people via Twitter to this concept. I really hope some of our readers are able to convince their kid(s) to go as Glass.
