The last four weeks I’ve been attending an early morning bootcamp class. It has been a life changing experience. I haven’t worked out this hard since I was on the high school track team. I’m not very good at making myself go to the gym but this worked really well for me. Something about someone taking roll and holding me accountable has made a difference–I didn’t miss one day! I have so much energy now and am almost back to my pre-baby body. It was the perfect jumpstart to my workout program. Now, on to training for a marathon!

Your post inspired me to look up a local bootcamp in my area.
I just completed my registration five minutes ago and I am all ready to start on July 28th!
Thanks again!

I cannot get over the irony. I signed up for a Boot Camp class in my town, but just backed out of it because I couldn’t make it work with my schedule. You are so good!
OK…back on track [after the holiday weekend] for sure. You’ve inspired my lazy butt!

I am training for the St. George Marathon this year… Tuff.. I have been running for years but still it is kicking my butt the 7-8 miles per day and 14-24 miles on the weekend. But I have to say a week after I had my little girl I started running again and in 3 months I had lost 70 pounds.

My babysitter has been going to bootcamp for a few months and she looks GREAT. My baby is three months old now, so it is time to get moving…. this might be what I need…. (but I will probably just stick with the Y…)
