In my dream world {you know, the one where I live in my warehouse converted loft and the ground floor is a giant studio I share with Paul} I will have a bike similar to this that I will ride with Moses to the Farmers Market and pick up fresh produce for dinner.

this is a lovely dream…
in a perfect world, everyone would be carted to the farmers’ market in such style…don’t you think?

you MUST visit Amsterdam, or any part of the Netherlands for that matter!

Ahhh the dog looks quite happy too!
If you go to a farmers market in Somerset you are likely to be overtaken (possible knocked over in a ditch) by what we call a Chelsea (as in London) Tractor (commonly known as a SUV)
Must say when we have visited the SF Ferry Plaza Farmers Market we so impressed by how excellent and delicious the produce was!
PS Your blog is lovely!

The bike with basket/live near farmers market scenario is on my “to do” list too. : ) Thanks for the eye candy. I can picture baby Clare hanging back there in style.

After seeing this posting, I saw a mom this morning at Costco (I don’t know how this could work at a warehouse store) riding a bike that appeared to be a converted ice cream bike with seats in the front for her 2 toddlers. Very cool. (I’m Charlotte’s sister, by the way–your blog is fun to read.)
