Sending our love! Who doesn’t get a kick out of a GIANT display of affection? Surprise your crush with the biggest love letter they’ve ever seen! I just wish we’d thought of this during prom season — wouldn’t it make the sweetest promposal? Full instructions below!
Materials Needed: Savage 53” seamless roll (in white), pencil, ruler, x-acto knife, scissors, black marker, cardstock (in red and blue), glue stick
Step 1: Measure and cut a 53” by 70” piece of the seamless roll.
Step 2: Draw a giant heart shape onto the paper and cut out with scissors.
Step 3: To fold the heart into an envelope, first fold the sides of the heart in, so that each side, as well as the section between the two sides, are the same width. Next, orient the heart so that the point is at the top, then fold the bottom half of the heart up. Fold the point of the heart down to complete the envelope.
Step 4: Open up the envelope and write a note inside the heart with a marker. Then re-fold.
Step 5: Cut a bunch of 1-½” by 4” parallelograms out of red and blue cardstock and glue around the perimeter of the front of the envelope. Print out an airmail label design onto blue cardstock. Glue to the envelope and you’re done!
