I think we can all agree that this neon confetti rocks! Here’s a simple DIY to help show it off at your next neon themed bash…

Tools and Materials: Party Hat template, Neon confetti, Transparency Film, Scissors, Stapler, neon cord

Step 1: Download the template, print out and cut out with scissors.
Step 2: Place the hat template underneath one of the transparency films. (this will help as a guide, to arrange the confetti)
Step 3: Start placing the confetti in the transparency film
Step 4: Place the second transparency film on top of the confetti.
Step 5: Remove the hat template from underneath and place on top of both transparency films.
Step 6: Staple around the hat template all three papers together. (This will help when you are cutting the template, papers will stay in place)
Step 7: Remove the hat template from the top.
Step 8: Carefully grab both transparency films and start forming the cone.
Step 9: Staple the hat together.
Step 10: Staple the strap to the hat.
