This is a simple DIY that we made with just paper and cardstock. They are really graphic and modern and can be adapted for any number or color scheme. I just attach elastic or ribbon for a super cute homemade party hat. See the template below for the party hats!
Materials: Party hat template, cardstock, scissors, printout of large text numbers, x-acto knife
Step 1: Cut out the party hat template and assemble the party hat.
Step 2: Use an x-acto knife to cut out your numbers.
Step 3: Glue the numbers onto the front of you hat.
Step 4: Staple you elastic to the sides of the hats.
Step 5: Wear and have fun!
