Oh boy… those snow cones take me back! Those would definitely be my favorite for a spring time party. Kind of like a lower calorie sundae bar… Sign me up 🙂

Snow cone bar has such a great look. I love that you can do that for a kids’ party (with different flavors, of course!) providing the joy to kids of ice cream while not giving them yet another sugar rush when the cake is still to come!
