These pretty invitations are perfect for a First Day of Summer Party. Plus, they’re super easy to make! We’ve provided the template below, so you’ll just need to include your info, print them out, insert them into envelopes, and hand them out to all your friends! (PS – My other favorite summer invitations…)
Materials: First Day of Summer Party Invitation Template, Ruler, X-Acto Knife, Envelope
Step 1: Print out the invitation template.
Step 2: Use a ruse and exacto knife to cut the invitation out at the crop marks.
Step 3: Insert the cut invitation into an envelope and send to all your friends!

Such a simple but lovely idea and so fitting for the occasion (stating the obvious here, I know) even if summer doesn’t seem to happen in London this year… 🙂

First, love your blog. So inspiring!
I wanted to use this template for my daughter’s summer birthday, actually a invite to ask parents for contact info so I can send out invites for her end of August party. It’s my first time using one of your templates, I was able to open it as a PDF, but how do I change the info for my party? I can’t change the text while it’s in a PDF, any advice. Thanks:)
Hi Natacha! Thanks so much for letting me know it wasn’t working. The template’s been updated so you can now edit it. 🙂

Love the invitation and wanted to use as a theme for my daughter’s college graduation celebration party but I too am struggling with the template. Any guidance would be appreciated.
