Here is another outfit I’ve been wearing a lot. I love wearing the same color but I think it looks best when the top and bottom aren’t matching completely. Do you ever wear only one color? I love the look. Funny story: growing up my dad would mostly wear yellow. At the time it seemed perfectly normal (he likes the color yellow, of course he would wear it every day.) But looking back as an adult I realize that it was kind of a quirky trait. (Reminds me of Joanna’s article.)

I’m guilty of wearing one color, and it’s usually black or gray. Bold, I know.

This is great! I never really do (unless it happens to be black/gray which isn’t hard because my closet is full of “these will match everything!!!!” items), but I had a high school English teacher who wore monochromatic outfits all the time. And it was always purple, pink or blue. I think I’ve seen her wear green *once*.

Monochromatic is timeless! Sometimes i wear grey on grey and I feel so..well…grey. But it feels chic too for some reason. Add some sparkly jewels and you are set!

I love monochromatic outfits! For me it’s mostly blue — in all sorts of shades! Plus there’s always that one garment you want to highlight and it totally goes POP even without accessories!
